Rules & Policies

-Our rules and policies are strictly enforced at our arcade. This is so we can have a fun, family friendly environment. For those who have children that tend to be overly rough; this may not be the arcade for you.

-All of our machines either are, or are close to museum quality. They must be used properly by all guests. Any rough housing will be considered vandalism. We take pride in the quality of our restorative work.

-As of 5/30/2023 we are reinstating our admission policy. All guests that intend on staying at our facility must purchase an admission.

-Guests or groups that damage our equipment intentionally or by violating our policies will be charged accordingly for replacement parts. Legal action will be taken if necessary.

-If any guest does not use our equipment properly they will be asked to leave without a refund.

-Alcohol is prohibited during hours of operation. Anyone seen with alcohol will be escorted out without a refund.

-No outside food or beverage will be allowed in our facility during public hours. No exceptions.

-No smoking or vaping inside our facility.

-Food and beverages we sell are not to be placed on any machines. Our pinball machines include accommodating cup holders.

**Examples of what can cause damage to our equipment: Excessively hitting the pinball flippers, slamming shuffle bowling pucks into each other, hanging from game controls with all body weight, hitting, punching or climbing on machines.**

-Any refunds will be processed as store credit, and offered at our discretion.

-Pricing, hours, and policies are subject to change without notice.

Private Event Policies:

-There will be a 15 minute window included before and after each reservation for setup and tear down. We can include additional setup/teardown time @ our hourly rate if needed (depending on availability).

-Food and beverages are welcome to be brought in for private events only. No ice cream or ice cream cakes inside our facility please.

-Any machine(s) used improperly will be shut off.

-Adults with the party must watch over all children. Our staff is present to ensure games are working properly, not watch over children.

-Our facility must be left clean for others. If it is not, a $50 clean up fee will be added to your bill.

-Constantly failing to abide by our policies will result in the event being terminated without a refund.  

-All reservations require a 50% non-refundable deposit. However, the deposit may be used toward rescheduling.
